The Shaking of Nations - A Harvest Tsunami Is On Its Way....

As believers, we learn from Scripture that we are at war against

“ the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this

dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the

heavenly realms” (Eph. 6:12). Those are our adversaries. Our

weapons are the Word and prayer.

Our objective is liberating the minds of people who are under

the influence of these evil spiritual forces. Through our prayers,

witness, and ministry we seek to destroy what has captured the

thinking of individuals, cities, and nations (2 Cor. 10:4-5). This

is what it means to assault the gates of hell – whatever is

blocking people from the Truth, blinding them to what Jesus

Christ has done for them.

Targeting the Shaking

Understanding the authority of the church in prayer allows us,

as God’s workers, to assist in the shaking of God.

God knows that to take and secure an area you must have

“boots on the ground.” This is the idea behind the Great

Commission – Jesus won the “air war,” but we must carry the

victory to the streets of cities and neighborhoods around the

world.

Let me take my military illustration further: Since we “own the
