Jesus Christ is our air power. His victory was complete and

total. Today, the army of God is free to take the ground Satan

possesses -- knowing we have a secured heaven above us.

Because Jesus Christ has already defeated Satan, the church

is not responsible for defeating him “more.” We must simply

believe what Jesus did for us on the cross, and act like it.

Who is the Authority in the Heavens Today?

Both Haggai and the writer of Hebrews stressed that the

coming shaking will rock not only the earth, but also the

heavens. Some believe this reference to “shaking the heavens”

refers only to cosmic events to be witnessed as we arrive at the

great and terrible day of the Lord.

And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.” (Joel 2:30; M att. 24:29-31)

The Bible makes it clear that this age will end with the

convulsing of the physical cosmos, which will indeed be part of
