The Shaking of Nations - A Harvest Tsunami Is On Its Way....

Fourth , in verses 21 through 23 The Lord predicts a final clash

of nations.

“Tell Zerubbabel governor of Judah that I am going to shake the heavens and the earth. I will overturn royal thrones and shatter the power of the foreign kingdoms. I will overthrow chariots and their drivers; horses and their riders will fall, each by the sword of his brother. “On that day,” declares the LORD Almighty, “ I will take you, my servant Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, ” declares the LORD, “ and I will make you like my signet ring, for I have chosen you, ” declares the LORD Almighty” (Hag. 2:21-23).

There will be wars and conflicts in which the armies of nations

will be destroyed, and national betrayals will add to worldwide

turmoil. Jesus in Matt. 24:7 attests to this impending turmoil

between nations, to be accompanied by an upswell in natural

disasters.

Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains. (Mark 13:8)

Jesus identifies the time during which these greater shakings

will begin. It will be after His death and resurrection, and His

ascension back to heaven.
