The Importance of The Apostolic

The church as we know it today in the West is going to go

through a powerful revival and reformation. Why? Because

God wants it ready for the greatest of shakings and the harvest.

That is the whole idea behind God calling me and many others

to this prophetic role. Much of the church today is spiritually and

strategically unready for the harvest God is preparing.

This is why the Lord told me to build arks. It took me a while to

fully understand, but God was calling me to form spiritual

containers that could effectively receive the coming harvest, as

well as provide the needed discipling and shepherding for it.

Such a calling is an apostolic calling.

God bless the pastoral ministry that daily shepherds the church.

We need that. But too often the pastoral gift focuses almost

exclusively on maintaining and growing a church. The apostolic

gift focuses on the Great Commission ’s finish line : Discipling

and baptizing cities and nations. It is essential that we see

effective and bold apostolic leadership in the days ahead.
