the power and leading of the Holy Spirit. It is for each of us to

decide how we will participate.

Already, I believe that reformation is taking place with new

mission strategies being applied in how we do church. God has

allowed me to be exposed to new apostolic leadership that is

forming powerful strategies for establishing church growth

movements. Such strategies will cause God’s people to

produce the millions of new churches that can effectively gather

in and disciple the millions who will respond to the gospel.

Evaluate for Effectiveness

The apostolic is more than just a strategic gift. It is the gift of

fathering church movements. I will talk about spiritual fathers

and mothers in more depth later, but it is important that we

recognize that apostolic leadership is used to not only give birth

to church communities, but to guide them and encourage them.

And it is the apostolic that must continue to oversee the ongoing

effectiveness and life of the church in maintaining its focus on

the Great Commission finish line.

Jesus’ idea of the church and the essential doctrines of the

church must never change. But the strategies of church
