must have apostles (sent ones with authority) to take the gospel to all peoples.

b. Paul quotes Isa.52:7… “how beautiful are the feet of those

who go to preach the Goodnews” (Gospel)…?

1) The Gospel when received by faith brings peace with God in the

hearts of those who receive it.

2) The “bringing of glad tidings” ( euaggelizzo : to evangelize) this is a

message of good things…evoking a joyful response in those who hear

First Moses says, "I will provoke you to jealousy by those who are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you." Rom 10:20 But Isaiah is very bold and says, "I was found by those who did not seek Me, I became known to those who did not ask after Me." Rom 10:21 But to Israel He says, "All day long I have stretched forth My hands to a disobeying and gainsaying people."
