Revival at Calvary Cathedral Begins

1994 was a Breakout Year for Jean and I, although

it began quite slowly. We were entering our fourth year

of prayer revivals and were physically exhausted. We

canceled our all-expense-paid trip to Israel and were

contemplating postponing our scheduled prayer revival

at Calvary Cathedral in Fort Worth. Jean and I both felt

we needed a much- deserved break, but couldn’t bring

myself to canceling or postponing our time in Fort

Worth. Little did we realize that the revival meetings,

which began in April of 1994, would continue for the

next 24 weeks! From the very beginning the evening

services were filled with great excitement, anticipation,

and anointing. Within a few days we knew that God was

up to something really big! Hundreds of people were

coming to the church to pray at 5:42 in the morning and

5:42 in the evening!
