Spiritual gifts and graces are imparted to the recipient by the laying on of the hands of the presbytery when a commission accompanies the rite of confirmation. 7. ARE THE GIFTS AND CALLINGS OF GOD FOR EVERYONE? Every Spirit-filled believer has a place to fulfill in God's program, but it should be noted that the gifts and callings of God are according to His purpose; we should also note that we must sanctify ourselves unto the purposes of God.
