§ In appendixes 1-3 I have given a complete record of all prophetic activity, including the unnamed prophets. I realize that usually canonical refers to the major and minor prophets of the eighth century on (usually beginning with Amos). However, Moses, David, Solomon, Samuel, the two Johns and others all supplied a large section of the Scripture, so I felt they should be included in my second column so their contributions are not overlooked.
