When we are secure in who we are, and what we have in Christ,

we refuse to let the enemy behave as if his defeat by Jesus

wasn’t already accomplished. We know better.

Study and Reflection

1. What does it mean that we are seated with Christ in the

highest heaven? Review these scriptures: Eph. 2:6;

Col.2:15 and 3:1.

2. What does it mean that Jesus saw Satan fall from the

heavens? Review Luke 10:17-19; Rev. 12:13.

3. Explain what is meant by the church being in partnership

with the Lord in targeting prayer.

4. Has Jesus given the church authority to bind and loose on

earth anything it wants? Review Matthew 16:18-19; 18:18

20 and 1 John 5:14-15. What is the church's limitation in

binding and loosing?

5. Consider a way that you, your family, or church group can

do some targeting prayer — aiming God’s shaking at a gate

of hell in your family, neighborhood, or city.
