The Shaking

The Lord wanted His people to grasp the new strategy that He

was working at the time of the exilic return. He had never

shared this with them before: He was going to shake the

nations.

This divine shaking was going to cause the nations to seek Him,

and come to His new house. It would lay bare their inability to

achieve stable and peaceful living apart from Him. In the wake

of national crises would come a desperate search for lasting

peace, harmony, and stability.

I understand that this biblical truth raises as many questions as

it may answer. And yet we must understand it — as the key to

the coming great harvest. Please walk patiently with me
