The Shaking of Nations - A Harvest Tsunami Is On Its Way....

In this unique situation the spiritual father required something

of his spiritual son in-order to receive his spiritual inheritance.

Not all spiritual fathers will do this. But God will sometimes

require a greater cost from those who will receive an extra

ordinary inheritance. Remember that God is not so interested

in our level of power and ability as much as He wants the life of

Christ formed in us. Yet it still remains that such an inheritance

is a gift of grace. It is not Elisha earning the inheritance - it is

God using a required process to work a deeper level of spiritual

growth in receiving a gift of grace.

Once I saw people ask a gifted evangelist to lay hands on them

and impart to them his gifting and anointing. The evangelist

responded by saying - “are you willing to go through what I have

had to go through to gain this ministry and anointing?” As I

reflect on what the evangelist said I believe what he said was

misleading. When God gives an inheritance it is not by earning

it but it is a gift. It is true that we may have to willingly go through

a discipline process that God may require to receive all God

wants to give us. Like with Elisha, receiving another's

inheritance may require that we go through our own trials in

learning to use it for God’s glory but it comes as a gift.

I myself have asked various respected leaders for such a

transfer of ministry into my life. I believe God will allow such a

transfer and blessing. I once asked the pastor at the Moriah

Methodist Chapel in Wales where the great Welsh Revival
