limited to the western church model of buildings, paid staff

and years of professional ministry training.

3. The priesthood of all believers is the foundation of any

movement. Every believer is encouraged to be a multi

generational discipler and church planter (forming other

groups of believers). They can baptize, serve communion,

evangelize and make disciples. Every believer is taught to

take responsibility for their part in the Great Commission.36

Leadership training for such churches must be kept simple

and ongoing as we see in scripture.

4. New leaders and churches need an apostolic covering team

who stays in touch with them and continues the training and

counseling and oversight in helping churches and church

leadership to stay biblical, energized and connected to the

wider church.

There are other important elements of fostering a movement

such as extraordinary prayer and ongoing exposure to the

fivefold ministries to develop and encourage strong body life in

each congregation. I am sorry that these subjects cannot be
