SESAME VEGETABLE KEBABS

MAKES 4 PORTIONS

1 pound cherry tomatoes 2 zucchini cut into 1-inch pieces 1 large sweet yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 small red onion, cut into wedges

1 Whisk together in a large bowl the lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and ginger. Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, pepper, zucchini and onion to a ziplock bag and pour in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drain and reserve marinade. 1 cup lime juice 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 1 tablespoons crushed fresh ginger 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce 1 pound medium fresh baby mushrooms, cleaned

Wooden skewers, soaked for at least an hour in cold water

2 Thread the vegetables onto the soaked wooden skewers. Grill over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes or until tender, basting frequently with reserved marinade and turning once. Serve the skewers alongside the hangar steak.
