Street Stories - A Ringside Seat To Over 4 Decades Of Taking Jesus To The Streets Of The World

train come back around with another sushi we wanted. I never ate so much sushi and Japanese food.

That evening, we gathered at Kazu and Naomi’s office for a night of worship and fellowship. I played guitar and we all sang, so happy and thankful for all that God had done through us and to us on our trip to Japan. After a couple of days in Kobe, we returned to Tokyo and caught our flight back to America. Pastor Steve returned to Indonesia where he pastored a church. Within a couple of years after our departure from Japan, Kazu and Naomi launched Kobe Full Gospel Church, where they are still the Pastors today. Japan has a very special place in our hearts. Dot and I are waiting on the Lord for another trip back there to continue fellowship and ministry. When we go next time, I probably won’t play my guitar on the trains in Tokyo so I can be sure the police don’t pull me off again. But who knows? If I do and they kick me off the train, I still remember how to bow and plead my case by simply saying, “Sorry. Sorry.” It worked before so I am sure it would work again. One thing I know. Everyone we came in contact with in Japan was pointed to The Truth on Tim’s banner: “Jesus – Beautiful Savior.”
