Street Stories - A Ringside Seat To Over 4 Decades Of Taking Jesus To The Streets Of The World

trip. Most likely the border guards would not stop them to search the toy hauler. They had assumed correctly!

We had barely gotten to the church and had unloaded all the toys into the church building to keep them safe. The truck and trailer were parked on the street. I think everyone loves tacos and there happened to be a taco stand down the street from the church. The team was gone for only five or ten minutes when they arrived back at the church. The truck and the toy hauler trailer were GONE. Someone had managed to steal both the truck with the dirt bikes and the trailer in a span of ten minutes. They were never found again – they had vanished – disappeared along with a valuable camera and other things. It is amazing how much the enemy tries to stop the ministry from going forward. I don’t think the toy hauler was insured. We always hoped the truck, dirt bikes and toy hauler would be returned. I’m sure they were all sold within minutes, maybe hours, and were never to be seen again by their rightful owners. Those thieves literally got quite a haul that day!
