belong to him, and he should have never eaten so much chocolate. Oh, Ronnie! I’m so glad that I can laugh about it now. Ronnie had a sister and brother-in-law that prayed often for him. They were in ministry and had always tried to reach out and help Ronnie. I believe it was the answer to their prayers that Ronnie was such a big part of our life. Several months after Ronnie got gloriously saved, we all knew that he had grown as much as he was going to with us. It was time for Ronnie to move on and to learn to relate to and interact with other people. God opened the door for Ronnie to go be a part of the Teen Challenge program in Riverside, California. They had a wonderful 13-month men’s discipleship program that Ronnie successfully completed. Ronnie was sent to work at a church in Lake Elsinore, California after successfully completing the Teen Challenge program. One day, Bobby and David Jenkins went to Lake Elsinore to visit Ronnie. When they arrived, Ronnie was cleaning the sanctuary and singing praises to the Lord as he worked. The moment was so touching to Bobby. He said they stood there for a few minutes then took a seat on a back pew and soaked it all in. Bobby and David got to see a truly changed life. It was worth every sacrifice any of us had ever made to be in ministry. If Ronnie had been the only changed life throughout our time in ministry, it would have been worth it all! Eventually, Ronnie moved out of California to be near his family. Ronnie wanted to reconnect with his daughter more than anything in the world. He served
