Street Stories - A Ringside Seat To Over 4 Decades Of Taking Jesus To The Streets Of The World
One day at Skid Row Super Saturday we had something happen that we found very humorous. A man came up to us and said, “ We don’t usually get normal people down here.” We had to grin, it had been a while since anyone had referred to us as normal . Super Saturday wasn’t just about food. It wasn’t just about giving away some clothing. It was about having a time of worship, praising the Lord, and sharing the Gospel with the crowd. We prayed with people. We gave them the opportunity to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. They were blessed. We were even more blessed. God is so good. He loves the homeless person as much as the person in the Ivory Tower.
We feel so privileged to be able to live this life of
service.
