Sing Into Your Storm

David lived a victorious life amidst all of his failures. He learned the precious secret of turning mistakes and sins and character defects over to his God! God can move in the darkest storms and show forth His Glory!

Look at what God did in David’s situation… Pretty nice ending to the song!

“ I have pursued my enemies and destroyed them; Neither did I turn back again till they were destroyed. And I have destroyed them and wounded them, So that they could not rise; They have fallen under my feet. For You have armed me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose against me. You have also given me the necks of my enemies, So that I destroyed those who hated me. They looked, but there was none to save; Even to the L ORD , but He did not answer them. Then I beat them as fine as the dust of the earth;

I trod them like dirt in the streets, and I spread them out.” (2 Samuel 22:38 -43)

The beginning of a storm in your life can also be the beginning of a mighty deliverance, a great victory or a powerful testimony! But you must be properly dressed for battle and properly armed! Let’ s look at the checklist for your Holy attire:

1) Clothed in humility. 2) Cloaked in a garment of praise. 3) His Robe of Righteousness 4) Mantle of power. 5) Necklace (pearls) of wisdom. 6) A Signet ring of authority from the King!
