Sing Into Your Storm

barren land (situation)! Your God is more than enough in this situation! Declare it to Him in song! But we must always remember that praise does not guarantee our preferred outcome to the exact specifications we might have requested of God through our song or intercessory worship. Let Jesus make that call for He is good – all the time! Our job is to exert complete trust into this all-knowing, all powerful God who is always out for our highest good! To trust God fully in your situation (storm), you must become steadfast and resolute in heart to welcome the outcome of His discretion no matter what that is! This posture of heart releases Heaven to move on your behalf! We must learn to be content with the portion He gives, and the final outcome He brings. Th at is faith in its purest form… complete trust and dependency upon the Lord! So that we are fully leaning ( resting ) on His goodness, wisdom and power ! We all go through times or seasons in our walk with God where our “ spiritual well ” can dry up! A place where we don’t feel the anointing in operation like we have in past seasons, or the heavens seem like brass to us (closed), and even as if God becomes silent to us, and we can’t hear His voice like we used to hear it. Lifting continuous praise unto God can re-open your well in your innermost being and cause those waters to flow again! Nearing the end of their journey in the wilderness, the children of Israel came to a place of need for water. The Lord instructed Moses to gather the people, for the Lord was about to give them the water that He promised. What was there job? Their job was to sing into the barren land! To open up the wells!
