Conclusion: Paul has made his case for the importance of the church in the maturity and

strengthening of God’s people. We cannot spiritually grow and experience the whole life and ministry

of Christ without his corporate body. God designed us so that we are incomplete in our walk and

ministry apart from one another. We are literally “one” body…we cannot hurt or heal another without

doing it spiritually to ourselves. Paul develops this list of 12 loving and godly actions and attitudes

towards one another. When these actions and attitudes are put into practice in the power of the Holy

Spirit… they strengthen our “oneness” in Christ and releases an amazing manifestation of Jesus Christ

to the world around us.
