DEEPER COMMUNICATION

focuses on the need for a well developed prayer life.

Prayer is the channel that unlocks the door of

communication between you and God. There is an

old adage which you should place in the back of

your mind whenever you feel like giving up, “More

prayer, more power.” I personally have found this

sayin g to bear great merit. In the midst of David’s

dilemma, he still recognized the need to pray as is

written in Psalm 86: 5-6

“You Lord, are good and ready to forgive and

abundance in loving kindness, to all who

call upon you. Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer

and give heed to the voice of my supplications.”

What is your posture when you feel like your

walls are caving in upon you? Do you crumble? I

strongly suggest that in times of heartache, pain and

distress your emphasis should not be upon the issues
