1998:

Our Return to England

When Jean and I returned to England in January

of 1998, The Revival on Marsham Street in London had

been in progress for eight months. I was thankful for the

opportunity to minister there once again. While in

England, we also ministered at a prayer gathering at

Waverley Abbey, an event center first built in 1128. I had

prophesied about that particular facility when I first

came to England, so I was delighted when Gerald

Coates invited me to lead the conference. Godfrey Birtill

led worship that week and wrote several songs in

response to the prophetic words I was giving. He had

earlier written the “ Breakout ” song, which we still use as

our theme song for Breakout Ministries. Godfrey Birtill

also led worship for my CD, “ A Call to Pray .” God is a

great God!
