Darla Graduates

In 1986, our daughter, Darla, graduated from

Mid-Del Christian School. She was the first student

when we started the school in 1981. She sang “Friends”,

by Michael W. Smith at her graduation. She has many

great memories of teachers and friends during her time

at Mid-Del. She studied at Oral Roberts University in

Tulsa, Oklahoma, following graduation.

1987:

Tom Peters

In 1987 , we went to minister at Trinity Church in

Lake Worth, Florida, a great congregation led by Pastor

Tom Peters. For several years, I had the opportunity to

minister at his “ World Conference ”, with many nations

of the world represented. Jean and I had the privilege of

traveling with Tom and Mary Ann Peters to several

countries, including: Haiti, Romania, England, Scotland,

Burundi, Congo, Kenya, Monaco, Belgium, Austria,

France, and Israel.
