What influences our thinking?

There are many things that have shaped or influenced our thinking. Our thinking has been influenced by at least six things. It has been influenced by…

1. Our upbringing.

We were all raised in a particular context with some kind of parental influence whether that influence was biological or otherwise. Each one of those parental figures have come with their own worldview, moral standards, opinions and philosophies of life. We have all been influenced to some degree by each one of these figures.

Question to Ponder: “Can you think of something that you were taught by a parent or other authority figure that you have now come to no longer believe?”
