God's Prophetic People

Holy passion is the divine grace deposited by God in us which creates the desire to be inflamed with zeal for Christ Jesus Himself, and to accomplish extraordinary achievements for His glory. Passion is that inner drive/energy which changes our perspective, our personality, our plans and goals, and ultimately changes our environment (world).

God's prophetic people are those Spirit-filled believers who are inflamed with a holy zeal for Jesus Christ Himself, who ignite others into like fervency, and who go beyond the status quo, extending God's kingdom in supernatural ways.

I. THE RECEPTION OF HOLY PASSION

After gazing a while at the “Gauging Your Spiritual Passions” diagram, you might be taking personal inventory on your present level of passion for the Lord and His purposes for your life. If you are like me and many others, we need to either receive fresh spiritual passion or have our spiritual passion restored. As this is accomplished, we can truly be a people who are so full of holy passion that we will begin to soar beyond our own limitations to accomplish extraordinary exploits for God. As we look into the pages of biblical history, it is apparent that those who really made a significant impact on their family, friends, and world were those who had a life-changing, personal experience with the Lord, much like the men of the Bible listed below.
