God's Prophetic People - A People of Passion, Purpose And Power

God's Prophetic People

G. Paul (Ephesians 1:15-23, 6:12) Paul knew that there was a different dimension. He knew there was a realm in which Christians should live that was different from the obvious natural realm. He is the one who speaks of the three dimensions of man--spirit, soul, and body. Paul writes from divine revelation that we are not to wage war as the world does. He states that our weapons are different from the world’s and a lot more powerful. Ephesians 6:12-13, NKJV: “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” 2 Corinthians 10:3- 6, NIV: “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, once your obedience is complete.” “Human events are only a reflection, a projection, of activities spawned and propagated by satanic armies in the invisible realm.” - Paul E. Billheimer, Destined for the Throne 10 God's prophetic people are those who have removed the worldly, temporal lenses of our day, and have grasped God's prophetic perspective, obtaining insight into both the natural and spiritual world, gaining an understanding of the times they live in, and knowing what to do about them by looking through God's divine lenses.
