God's Prophetic People - A People of Passion, Purpose And Power

God's Prophetic People

E. Persevere with Patience (2 Corinthians 6:4-6; Galatians 5:22; Colossians 1:10-12, 3:12; 2 Timothy 3:10, 4:2; Hebrews 6:12; James 5:6,10)

We must always keep in mind that it is God’s will, God’s way, and also God’s timing. We must not rush the timing of the Lord. Instead, we must patiently wait for Him to release and fulfill His purpose for our lives and nation. F. Be Faithful (Matthew 25:21; Luke 12:42) God’s prophetic people are faithful. They are faithful where God has placed them. They are faithful in the small things. They are faithful in whatever talent God has given them. Whether God has given you two talents or ten talents, use those talents to the maximum for His glory. Be faithful. G. Take Up Your Cross Daily (Luke 14:25-33; Romans 12:1-3) You will know what your cross is for that specific day. Don’t throw it off. Take it up and walk with it continually. H. Be Wise with Your Time (Ephesians 5:15-16) In the original text, the meaning for the word redeem is literally, to buy back out of the market place. 27 We all have 24 hours in a day, but it's up to us to use that time wisely. We need to redeem — or "buy back" — time for the Lord, for our relationships, and for God's purposes. Be intentional with how you spend your time and make every moment count. I. Maintain a Proper Attitude (Philippians 4:8) Philippians 4:8: “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy —meditate on these things.”
