A person should worship and praise God. Then as you become aware of the Presence of the Holy Spirit, a deeper praise wells up in your heart. Then you should open your mouth and drink in the Spirit of God. John 4:10; 13, 14; Job 29:23. D. While drinking in the Spirit of God, anointed hands should be laid upon the candidate and the gift of the Holy Spirit imparted to them. Acts 8:17-19. E. As you continue to drink in the Spirit, the organs of speech are quickened, producing the stammering lips. Isaiah 28:11; 1 Corinthians 14:21. F.
