Joshua: Commander of the Solar System

The armies of Israel are dispossessing the Canaanites and the Amorites from the land of Canaan, because God had promised this land to Abraham and his descendants forever. They are taking it over by the commission of the Lord God to establish it as their possession.Joshua is leading the army oflsrael into battle against the armies of the five kings of the Amorites. He wanted to utterly de stroy this evil nation and realized that he would need more daylight to win the battle. "Then Joshua spoke to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: "Sun, stand still over Gibeon; and Moon, in the Valley o fAijalon." So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, Till the people had revenge upon their enemies. Is this not written in the Book o f J asher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day." (Joshua 10:12-13).Joshua continued the battle and won because the solar system and time stood still. Enoch was the seventh generation from Adam and Eve in the garden. He walked with such a constant consciousness of God, and pleased God so much with his heart and life of faith, that God revealed the future to him.
