not want an open vision. The Fremont Bridge was twisting and turn ing and breaking apart. Cars and trucks were falling from it into the river. The entire city was violently shaking like a blanket as the tall est buildings were breaking apart and falling. People's bodies were falling from high rises, as they were shattering. The entire city was moving back and forth and everything was being destroyed. This all happened in a very few seconds while everything was normal in my view. I said again, "I don't want to see this, Lord." God smiled. I felt Him smile and the glow I experienced made me know that He was pleased that I didn't want to see this in an open vision. He then said, "I will show you My desire for the Portland/Vancouver region. For your part, you are to declare it pro phetically and follow My desires to bring it to pass."

As I looked at the arches of the Fre mont Bridge they began to have a golden glow. The glory glow began to spread up and out at the same time into the atmo sphere. High and wide, it increased rapidly, go ing out from these arches over the Portland/Van

couver region. It formed a dome that spread out like an expand ing half circle that was a transparent canopy of light. It spread out and engulfed everything in the entire region. God said, "I want the Portland/ Vancouver region to be one of the refuge cities and re gions in America." I watched as H e quickly unfolded one revival and awakening scene after another, scenes of amazing, extremely power ful encounters, right before my eyes. I watched very real and exciting visions o f great outpourings of the Holy Spirit, as seen in the Book o fActs, only greater. The students on the college campus ofPortland State were in worship in many places. Bible studies were being held everywhere, with music and dancing and great weeping with joy and 116
