our sad, shameful, selfish, existence. God's great love compelled Him to send Jesus to be born as a baby, supernaturally conceived within, and born from, a virgin, without the sperm of man. He (Jesus), as God in human flesh, came and lived a sinless life in a frail natural body in order to be a sinless sacrifice for the sin of all. We believe He came to die on the cross and to be raised from the dead on the third day. He was crucified because of our sin, in our place, as our substi tute.Jesus has taken upon Himself the judgment for all of mankind's sin and His love draws us away from our old hurtful, selfish, lifestyle. This is the beginning. We invite Him to live in us, and He does. His Spirit comes in and re-creates us from within, giving us the free gift o f eternal life. We are not mere men o f the fallen race o f mankind any longer. Through the regeneration, or new birth, we are the offspring and regenerated seed of the Father, descendants of the species of God, His children, like Jesus, when we simply accept Him and what He has done for us on the cross and live from a new heart. We are now sons and daughters of God and heaven is placed in us as a free gift. The New Creation: Spirits of Light, His Children of Light The eternal that has never been before, except inside God's desire before time began, is where everything in both the natural realm and the spiritual realm was created--from inside of God. This current fallen state of creation was not part of the Father's original creation before the rebellion of Lucifer. When our spirit and God's Spirit are fused together to make the new spiritual being, we become eternal as the sons and daughters of Light. We become created from the eternal Light that God is. We become born from above. Light is life. Nothing lives without light. Stars are fire and light, much like our sun, which God created. Stars burn out. God never burns out. He is the Creator of the sons of Light. We are His offspring. We 103
