If we are in ministry for any of these wrong reasons, Satan already has a foothold in us with which to work.

7. Am I in the ministry for personal financial gain?
The Bible speaks a lot about the love of money being the root of all kinds of evil. It also warns leaders not to be greedy for gain. I must ask myself…
Am I a hireling?

Can I be bought?
•
• Do I treat rich people differently than poor people?
• Do I make merchandise of the people of God?
• Do I see people as a means to meet my personal desires and goals?
