with lycopene, a pure heart and blood food. Now how did God know to do that? –Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. And yes, science has proven that grapes are a profound heart and blood vitalizing food. Now how did God know to do that? –A walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. And yes, science has proven that walnuts help develop more than three dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function. Now how did God know to do that? –Kidney beans look exactly like the human kidney (Who’d a thunk…). And yes, science has proven that kidney beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function. Now how did God know to do that? –Sweet potatoes look like the pancreas. And yes, science has proven that sweet potatoes actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics. Now how did God know to do that? –Onions look like the body’s cells. And yes, science has proven that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes (now you know why onions bring you to tears…). –Garlic, a working companion of onions, also looks like the body’s cells. And yes, science has proven that garlic helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body (now you know why people don’t want to be near you when your body begins to “release” the process…). Now how did God know to do that? –Olives look like ovaries. And yes, science has proven that olives assist the health and function of the ovaries. –Avocados look just like the womb and cervix of the female. And yes, science has proven that avocados target the health and function of these organs. In fact, research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? Just like the birth of a baby, it takes exactly nine months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. Now how did God know to do that? –Celery, rhubarb and many more look just like bones. And yes, science has proven that many of these types of vegetables specifically target bone strength. Not only that, but these types of vegetables are made up of exactly 23% sodium, just like your bones. Now how did God know to do that? 139:7 Because G O D is EVER-PRESENT, because He is SPIRIT; He is LIFE ( Jn 5:26a , Jn 5:26b and Rev 1:11 ), everything the Triune Godhead created for man on earth is alive: which includes the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the ground from which everything grows. For as long as there is moisture (water depicts the SPIRIT – Jn 7:38-39 and Psa 133:2 – point #4), there is life. It rides on every atom of dust; it lives in every drop of moisture in nature; it throngs the very air we breathe. In the sap and juices of all plants and fruits, in the moisture that exudes from the bodies of man and beast alike, in the rain that falls from the clouds above, in the ponds of fresh water, the pool of desert alkali or the pulsing expanse of the ocean’s deep; everywhere that there is moisture, life is seen. In darkness and light, in the recess of the unplumbed depths of the grimmest cavern, or the ceaseless blaze of the Sahara sun– life is omnipresent. 5 Look around you –everything you breathe, drink and eat is a picture of the ever-present ( Whither shall I go from thy SPIRIT ) omnipresent God. NOTE – In order to witness the glory of God on earth (Isa 6:3) and appreciate the omnipresence of God, all one must do is observe how life works . 139:13 Because G O D is OMNIPOTENT/ALL-POWERFUL ( For thou hast possessed my reins – Psa 139:13-16 , Mt 28:18 and Lk 1:35 ), everything the Triune Godhead accomplishes is meant to get our attention in order to trust Him with our life. Look around you –everything you witness is meant to lead you to an all-powerful omnipotent God, for everything you see is an accomplishment of God whether it be: * the testimony of creation ( Psa 139:14 and Acts 14:17 ) * the testimony of deliverance ( Exo 14: 29- 30,31 and Mk 4:35-39), i.e., salvation ( Jn 6:28-29 ) * the testimony of provision ( II Ki 4: 1- 6 and Mk 6:30-44 & 8:1-9) * the testimony of the Word ( Heb 1:2 – point #2) NOTE – In order to better understand God (who He is) and His glory ( Isa 6: 1- 3c ) all one must do is observe the accomplishments of God in order to appreciate the OMNIPOTENCE of God. 139:14 In order to truly appreciate our special creation as a human race, the following observation needs to be noted. Every square foot of surface at sea level is under a pressure of about 2100 pounds. The surface of the earth must bear a constant weight of approximately 58,611,548,000 pounds per square mile, which comes out to 14.583333 pounds per square inch. Which means, the average man must be able to constantly bear, both day and night, an atmospheric pressure of over fourteen tons at sea level, which is unthinkable, unless of course you factor into the equation the creative genius of an intelligent designer, called God. No human muscle can lift more than 750 pounds, yet without lifting a muscle, the body can withstand fourteen tons of atmospheric pressure. What an amazing design. 139:16 God “saw” David’s future before he lived it. How? God is the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last.
