And yet, up until 400 years ago (or, until men discovered that they could sail around the world without falling off its edge) most people thought that the earth was flat. * God revealed to the Apostle Paul 2,000 years ago that energy (the basic elements of all matter) was bound together by sound waves ( Colo 1:17 , Heb 11:3 and Gen 1:3). And yet, up until just recently (or, until scientists verified that sound, when passed through a liquid, produces light) no one understood how energy and matter was held together. 836
