It gives you a sense of worth What you are is God’s gift to you. What you become is your gift to God 2. It gives you purpose (a goal to shoot for) 3. It helps you to determine your priorities (the will of God for your life), Blanchard goes on to note:

Training then builds confidence. Finally, he begins shouldering responsibilities and becomes increasingly inspired by a sense of personal accomplishment through doing an important task. A believer who properly understands and uses his spiritual gift becomes an enthusiastic worker. 1 Question –Are you an enthusiastic worker? If not, maybe you’re not using your gift(s).
