the THIEF would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. P 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an 16 HOUR as ye think not the 4 SON OF MAN cometh. P Parable #20 (repeated) 45 17 Who then is a faithful and wise ser- vant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? 46 18 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord 4 when he cometh shall find so doing. P The promise to faithful saints to rule and reign with CHRIST (Fulfilled - Rev 20:4) 47 Verily I say unto you, 19 That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. P 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord 20 delayeth 6 HIS com- ing; P 49 And shall begin to smite his fellow- servants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; 50 The 6 LORD of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, P 51 6 And shall cut him asunder, and ap- point him his portion with the hypocrites: 21 there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. P Matthew 25 Parable #39 - The wise and foolish bridesmaids [ A lesson for the unsaved - Learn that not all who expect to go to Heaven… will - Mt 7:21-23 ] Date - Tues, Apr, AD 32 1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten 22 virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the 23 BRIDEGROOM . great sound of a 1 trumpet, and they shall gather together his 2 elect from the 3 four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. P Parable #37 - The fig tree [A lesson for the saved - Learn to stay awake spiritually by carefully and patiently studying the Second Coming of CHRIST . It will not only prepare you, it will purify you as well - I Jn 3:2-3] (S/A - Mk 13:28-32 & Lk 21:29-32) 32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these 4 things, know that 5 IT is near, 6 even at the doors. PP 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these 4 things be fulfilled. P The promise to destroy this world and it’s system (Fulfilled - Rev 20:11) 35 7 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but 8 MY words shall not pass away. P 36 But of that 6 DAY and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, 9 but my Father only. P 37 But as the 10 days of Noe, so shall also the coming of the 6 SON OF MAN be. P 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, 11 until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the 6 SON OF MAN be. P 40 6 Then 12 shall two be in the field; the one shall be 13 taken, and the 14 other left. P 41 6 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be 13 taken, and the 14 other left. P 42 15 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your 6 LORD doth come. P 43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what 4 WATCH

24:32 The “ fig tree ” here is symbolic of the nation of Israel (Mt 21:18-22, Jere 24, Hos 9:10 and Joel 1:7). Just as the buds on a fig tree announce summer, so the “blossoming” of a specific generation of Jews would announce, yea, witness the return of Jesus. Since the “reassembling” of the nation of Israel on May 14, 1948, Israel has indeed “blossomed” as a nation, becoming one of the most powerful nations on earth. This is the sign ( Mk 13:4 ) that “watchful” Christians have been waiting for (I Thess 5:1-6). According to the Bible, we may not know the very hour of the very day in which Jesus will return ( Mt 24:36a ), but we can know “the times and the seasons” (I Thess 5:1-3), yea, the very “generation” of that prophesized event ( Mt 24:34 and Prov 22:3 ). 24:33 The phrase “ all these things ” include the following four events: 1. The Antichrist sets himself up as a peacemaker right before the beginning of Daniel’s Seventieth Week (Dan 9:27) , referred to as the Seven-Year Tribulation (Mt 24:4-5, II Thess 2:1-3 and Rev 6:1-2) 2. The False Prophet exalts the Antichrist near the middle of the Tribulation (Mt 24:11 and Rev 13:11-18) 3. The Antichrist sets himself up as God in the middle of the Tribulation (Mt 24:15, II Thess 2:4 and Rev 13:1-8) 4. Great signs and wonders to occur during the last 3½ years of the Tribulation (Mt 24:24 and Rev 6:12-17 & 8:1-13)
