MATTHEW 13:23

MATTHEW 13:44

1514

The kingdom of heaven is like unto 16 leaven, which a 17 woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened . 34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: 35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, 18 I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world. PF Parable of the tares explained (Note - The LORD will separate the wicked from the just right before the Millennium begins) 36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us 19 the parable of the tares of the field. 37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the SON OF MAN ; 38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the 20 wicked one; The promise of Wrath when CHRIST returns (Fulfilled - Rev 19:11-21) 39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; 9 the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. P 40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; 9 so shall it be in the end of this world. P The promise of a Kingdom where 41 The 9 SON OF MAN send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of 21 HIS kingdom 22 all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; PP 42 9 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. P 43 Then shall the righteous 23 shine forth as the sun in the 21 KINGDOM of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. P Parable #10 - The buried treasure [ A lesson for the saved - Learn to know your worth so that CHRIST becomes worth serving - Rom 8:38-39 ] 44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a 14 MAN hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth 24 and selleth all that he CHRIST will rule (Fulfilled - Rev 20:4,6)

the care of this world, 1 and the deceit- fulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; 2 which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hun- dredfold, some sixty, some thirty . Parable #7 - The tares [A lesson for the saved - Never assume the Church is going to convert the entire world. It is not.] 24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a 3 MAN which sowed 4 good seed in his 5 field: 25 But while men slept, his 6 ENEMY came and sowed 7 tares among the 8 wheat, and went his way. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? 29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together 9 until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the 10 reapers, Gather ye together first the 11 tares, and bind them in bundles 12 to burn them: but gather the 13 wheat into my barn. P Parable #8 - The mustard seed [A lesson for the saved - Never assume outward growth is a picture of spiritual depth. It is not.] (S/A - Mk 4:30-34 and Lk 13:18-19) 31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying , The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a 14 MAN took, and sowed in his field: 32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the 15 birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof . Parable #9 - The leaven [A lesson for the saved - Never assume that God’s work cannot be infiltrated and polluted. It can - Acts 20:27-31 and Mt 7:15-20] (S/A - Lk 13:20-21) 33 Another parable spake he unto them;

13:28,30 According to Jesus (vs 29), to uproot ( gather them up ) the tares (unsaved) would be to damage the crop (saved). The implication –those desiring to serve God with all their heart should be careful about jeopardizing the growth of the saved while
