DANIEL 2:49
1334
The promise of Wrath when CHRIST returns (Fulfilled - Rev 19:11-21) 34 Thou sawest till that a 1 STONE was cut out without hands, 2 which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. P The promise of a Kingdom where 35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, 2 broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind car- ried them away, that 3 no place was found for them: and the 1 STONE that smote the image became a great 4 MOUNTAIN , and filled the whole earth. PPP Daniel interprets the dream 36 This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king. 37 Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a king- dom, power, and strength, and glory. 38 And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he 5 given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. 6 Thou art this head of gold. The promise of Medo-Persia; of Greece to become world empires (Fulfilled - Dan 5:31 - 539 BC & 331 BC) 39 And after thee shall arise 7 another kingdom inferior to thee, and 8 another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth. PP The promise of Rome to become a world empire (Fulfilled - 146 BC) 40 And the 9 fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things : and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise. P The promise of Rome to become a world empire (Fulfilled - 146 BC) 41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, 10 the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, CHRIST will rule (Fulfilled - Rev 20:4,6)
forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. P 42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, 10 so the kingdomshall be partly strong, and partly 11 broken. P 43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle them- selves with the seed of men: 10 but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. P The promise of a Kingdom where CHRIST will 44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a 4 KINGDOM , which shall never be destroyed: and the KINGDOM shall not be left to other people, but 4 IT shall 2 break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and 12 IT shall stand for ever. PP 45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the 1 STONE was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it 2 brake in piec- es the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the 13 great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure. P 46 Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and 14 worshiped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet odors unto him. 47 The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is , that your God is a 15 GOD OF GODS , and a 16 LORD OF KINGS , and a REVEALER OF SECRETS , seeing thou couldest reveal this secret. 48 17 Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon. rule ; of Wrath when HE returns (Fulfilled - Rev 20:4,6 & Rev 19:11-21) King Nebuchadnezzar experiences a miracle and Daniel is promoted

Daniel 2:46-7:28 ; Ezra 4:8-6:18 ; and Ezra 7:12-26 . 2:47 Clarence Larkin in The Book Of Daniel notes:
The language is striking, in that it bears witness to the Trinity. Your God is a “ God of Gods ” (the Father), and a “ Lord of Kings ” (the Son), and a “ Revealer of Secrets ” (the Holy Spirit). 1
