JEREMIAH JEREMIAH built into the Great Pyramid’s base was a figure proportionate to 92 million miles. Multiplying the height of the Great Pyramid by 10, nine times (the Great Pyramid slopes inward 10 feet for every 9 feet of elevation), and reducing the result to miles gives the astonishing result of 91,856,060 miles. - The weight of the Earth, according to physicists, is approximately 5,300,000,000,000,000,000,000 tons (approx. six billion trillion tons). Scientists were astounded to discover that the weight of the Great Pyramid was approximately 5,300,000 tons (one thousand trillionth the weight of the earth). - The volume of the Earth’s crust, above mean sea level, is estimated at approximately 455 feet. Scientists were astounded to discover that from the base of the Great Pyramid, to its top (as the builders left it unfinished), is approximately 5,448.7360 pyramid inches (454 ½ feet). - The mean ocean level of the earth is found to be 193 feet and 7 inches below the baseline of the Great Pyramid. Scientists were astounded to discover that the design of the Great Pyramid even foretold this fact. It was found that taking twice the diameter -1,162.6” of a circle (a circle again, related to the solar year and base circuit of the Great Pyramid) equaled 2325.2”, or just slightly over 193 feet and 7 inches. - The mean temperature of the earth is about 68 degrees Fahrenheit, which is exactly 1/5 th of the distance between the freezing and boiling points of water. Scientists were astounded to discover that the temperature within the King’s Chamber is maintained permanently and unvarying at 68 degrees Fahrenheit, which is the ideal temperature for the existence of man. - Our Earth has three separate lengths of years: the solar tropical year (365.242 days), the sidereal year (365.256 days), and the anomalistic year (365.259 days). Scientists were astounded to discover that the baselines and walls of the Great Pyramid’s base circuit was constructed using these exact three lengths of circumferences. - The alignment of the Great Pyramid was determined by the North Pole Star, known as Draconis (Dragon Star). Sir John Herschel, the famous Astronomer Royal of England, ascertained in 1840, that only in the 22 nd century BC did the then North Star, or Pole Star so shine. No other Pole Star in history has ever been in that exact position. Beneath the base of the Great Pyramid, running some 350 feet through solid rock to an unfinished pit is a passage, called the Descending Passage, is found to be in exact alignment with the true north. NOTE – My final take on all of this is, even if Professor Smyth did happen to “infer far too much from the data he gathered,” the data he and other men have gathered certainly makes for some interesting and enjoyable reading. In other words, the mystery behind the Great Pyramid is still a mystery, despite the enthusiastic “findings” of some well-meaning well-educated men. 1198
