The Unshakable Church

God wants to reveal His unshakable Kingdom on earth through

an unshakable church. This means God must remove what is

still “shakable” in His people so they will face and deal with our

brokenness and failings. As the Holy Spirit deals with us and

we embrace His loving discipline we will be able to stand the

test and trial of coming world events.

In this book I have already pointed to the divine process of how

the Lord builds an unshakable life within His people. As the

Lord leads His people to grow up in Christ He allows for times

of testing that reveals our progress in living the unshakable life

in Jesus Christ. Right now too many are failing the testing.

It is time for us to recognize our unpreparedness in facing

personal and national shakings that expose what is in our

hearts. We must repent and allow the Holy Spirit to discipline

and remove the “sins that so easily upset or entangles us” (Heb.

12:2). This is why Jesus’ half -brother James says we are to

“count it all joy when we have to face trials of many kinds …

knowing the testing of our faith will produce endurance …and

endurance a life of maturity ” (James 1:2 -4). In other-words we

become more and more unshakable in our confidence in the

Lord no matter what comes.
