The Royal Chef At Home: Easy Seasonal Entertaining

I t’s hard to say whether graduations are more for the graduate or the graduate’s par ents! But to be sure everyone is just beaming with happiness. Our school district is large with nearly 750 kids per grade, so there are lots of students and crowds of fam ily and extended family out in force to celebrate. As soon as the final student crosses the stage, there is a cheer from the crowd and everyone agrees it is time to get out of their seats and start to party. The following menu can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled easily to accommodate a crowd at the house. Best of all, dessert and salad can be made ahead and the chicken and asparagus all prepped for their final cooking. This meal tastes good hot and at room tem perature so you can feed kids (yours and assorted others) as they stop by for a few minutes before heading out to the next party! Better yet, it’s a menu that won’t break the bank and that’s good news, because you are going to need every penny soon… GRADUATION CELEBRATION
