GRAND MARNIER CRANBERRY SAUCE
MAKES TWO CUPS
3 cups fresh cranberries 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (or to taste)
1 teaspoon orange zest 2 oranges, zested and peeled 3 cup sugar
1 Put the peeled oranges into a blender and make into puree. Place the puree in a small pan with the orange zest and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the cranberries.
Stir occasionally and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the Grand Marnier and set aside the sauce to cool.
