We made an open declaration, “I n the Name of Jesus, we rebuke the spirit of voodoo in this place, and we declare Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior over Haiti .” The crowd praying to the voodoo pig all began to loudly cry out, shriek and squeal, making sounds as if they themselves were pigs. Demons were crying out of these possessed people. I began to strum my guitar and we lifted up praise and worship to the Lord as the people in the crowd were squealing and running as the Holy Spirit fell on that place. As we loaded back up in the van, we realized we were continuing to do what God had sent us to Haiti to do. We were driving back the forces of evil and darkness that had taken over the nation. Yes, the area where people were worshipping the voodoo pig was dangerous. Yes, the darkness and gross darkness covered the people. But we knew according to the Word of God that the Lord had arisen upon us and His Glory could be seen upon us. It was a great day of Victory in Jesus. As our trip to Port-au-Prince was drawing to a close, we know we only had a couple of days left to accomplish all Jesus had sent us there to do. So, we drove our van down near the center of the city and we pulled over to the side of the road to pray and seek the Lord for direction.
We posed a question to each other. “If Jesus were here in the flesh today, what would He do? Where would
