Street Stories - A Ringside Seat To Over 4 Decades Of Taking Jesus To The Streets Of The World

(South Springs Christian Fellowship). We sent our associate, my second cousin, Wesley Fain to go be a part of the outreach. Pastor Aaron’s church cooked for hundreds of people and together we provided buckets filled with groceries for each family represented. I think I may have been even more blessed than the residents of Munsieville were. I could sleep knowing that the families had enough food to eat for at least a few days. On the next trip that we were able to take a team with us to South Africa we once again returned to Munsieville to bring them the Good News of Jesus and we were able to feed 500 people a hot meal. We met a chef at the hotel where we stay. Busi was the omelet chef there. She was always singing Christian songs as she cooked and greeted everyone with a smile. She lost her job during the pandemic. Busi is a single mother of two beautiful children. Our J316 team put money together to help Busi buy a mobile food kitchen so she could make a living. Busi blessed us and the people of Munsieville by bringing her mobile kitchen to the settlement and cooking 500 hot meals. Many people said it was the best meal they had ever had.

Hotel Ministry

Our friend and mentor, Charles McPheeters, always told us that whether you want to be a witness or not you are one. No matter what you are doing people are watching you to see if you are a real Christian. This is so true!
