Sing Into Your Storm

The training of your hands and fingers for battle by the Lord might include learning to play skillfully upon musical instruments as well as singing, enabling you to enter your warfare through worship! Remember David playing his harp so skillfully before King Saul and as he played, the power released in that worship music was so intense that the demonic spirits had been driven out of King Saul – by the music!! The Lord is also teaching us how to use our hands and fingers in battle through the lifting up of holy hands unto the Lord in both worship and surrender!

Though the battle might belong to the Lord, we are His chosen instruments in the earth to do His bidding!

“ You are My battle-ax and weapons of war: For with you I will break the nation in pieces; With you I will destroy kingdoms;

With you I will break in pieces the horse and its rider; With you I will break in pieces the chariot and its rider; With you also I will break in pieces man and woman; With you I will break in pieces old and young; With you I will break in pieces the young man and the maiden; With you also I will break in pieces the shepherd and his flock; With you I will break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen; And with you I will break in pieces governors and rulers. And I will repay Babylon…” (Jeremiah 51:20-24)
