decision? I (laughingly) envisioned myself going to the Business & Marketing leaders of our metropolitan church I attended and telling them my business plan… “Well gentlemen, my plan is to rent the entire 2 nd floor office area and then just see what the Lord will do next!” These men of God would have probably thought I was crazy and suggested some therapeutic counseling (or deliverance). I chose to pray earnestly to the Lord. He answered me back earnestly! “Yes Son, this is My plan for you!” Quite honestly, I felt sick inside and very fearful. Real faith was challenging me! True faith always requires true risk! At the end of the day, I knew obedience was more importance than success, and that I needed to obey the Lord - no matter what the outcome would be! The real test would be presenting this to my wife… I can say once again, I was utterly amazed when my wife said “Honey this is God, and we must follow His instruction and leave the outcome to Him!” She had more faith than me, but eventually I sucked it up and postured my heart towards faith. I went and met with the property manager and said we wanted the building. I had stirred my faith (and zeal), I was ready take the $4,000 leap of faith, like a mighty man of God! What my faith was not ready for was this… The property manager said “That is excellent, I will have the papers all drawn up for the monthly lease with the owner of this building. Hopefully we can get the owner to drop his 60 month required commitment on the property down to maybe
