Sing Into Your Storm ~ Overcoming Adversity Through High Praise

To added affliction, He addeth His Mercy, To multiplied trials, He multiplies Peace.

When we have exhausted our store of endurance, When our strength has failed, ere the day half-done, When we reach the end of our hoarded resources, Our Father’s full giving – has only begun… His Love has no limits, His Grace has no measure, His Power, no boundary – known unto man, For out of His infinite Riches in Jesus, He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again…” The author based her words on three precious promises from the Word of God:

1) “He giveth more Grace…” (James 4:6) 2) “He increaseth strength” (Isaiah 40:29) 3) “Mercy, Peace, and Love be multiplied ” (Jude 2)

Oh that we would discover the precious Presence of the Lord in the midst of our storms! Then we would learn to fully press into Jesus, casting all of our burdens upon Him, and letting Him flood our hearts with songs in the night – songs of deep worship, praise, and trust in Him… songs of faith, songs of hope, songs of deliverance – arising from a heart with ever increasing confidence, knowing Thou Art With Me!
