Benefits of Public Worship to the Worshipper

E ngaging in public worship is of great

importance to every member of the body of Christ as

there are many benefits of participating in corporate

worship. Closely let us examine the following

benefits below:

1. A Step of obedience

Hebrews 10:25 (KJV)

“ Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves

together, as the manner of some is; but

exhorting one another: and so much the

more, as ye see the day approaching. ”

As reflected in the scripture, God commanded

that assembling is necessary and should be our

modus operandi indicating categorically that it is not
