The restoration of the Church as great truths broke upon the Church. The final last day outpouring of the Holy Spirit. 12. WHAT PERSONALITY OF THE GODHEAD DOMINATES THIS THIRD DISPENSATION? This is the age of the Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 5:16; Ephesians 2:18. 13. WHAT IS THE KEY THOUGHT OF THE THIRD DISPENSATION? This entire era is the story of the activity of the Holy Spirit in the life of the Church. It illustrates graphically the need of every believer to receive "The Baptism with the Holy Ghost." 14.
